Shipping:

Please expect 1-2 business days for order processing with an additional 3-4 business days for standard delivery or 1-2 business days for express delivery.

When your shipping label is created, please allow 24-48 hours to see an update on tracking information. If you don't see movement after 2 business days, please reach out so that we may further investigate. 

We are not responsible for replacing or refunding items that are not delivered/misdelivered although we do our best to assist in tracking it down, should this occur. This is why ensuring your delivery address is secure and valid is crucial when placing online orders.
